PM Leaves It To, Of All People, Khir Toyo To Take Action Against Palace Builder Zakaria!!

Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi is leaving it entirely to Selangor Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Dr Mohd Khir Toyo to take action against the State Assemblyman for Port Klang, Datuk Zakaria @ Zainal Md Deros, for violating several regulations of the Klang Municipal Council (MPK). He said this when asked to comment on several violations of the MPK regulations allegedly committed by Zakaria, who is also a member of the MPK council, including the construction of a luxurious four-storey mansion at Kampung Idaman, Pandamaran, Kelang without approval from the MPK.

What kind of farce is this? Can any of you tell me the type of action Khir Toyo will take? He will talk like a saint and piously say that our palace builder was “technically right” even though it was “morally wrong,” or some bullshit like that. The PM must have forgotten or perhaps he does not know that this is the very strategy that he employed to get his crooked state officers off the hook.

Please understand that those officers whom he protected were his subordinates, but Zakaria is a colleague and for all you know may even be a business partner of Toyo. Such secret dealings or 'understanding' are not normally advertised and records of such transactions are neither kept nor details revealed to any registrar of business or society. So how can he be trusted to sit in judgement and sentence the palace lover? Mind you I'm not implying that Toyo is a crook. He may be, but who am I to confirm that? And of course Zakaria may actually be totally innocent too. If khinzirs can fly that is.

The only other explanation for this strange decision by Pak Lah is that there is such a shortage of honest persons in government above Zakaria's rank that he has to depend on Toyo to sort out matters. Let us patiently wait and see what happens. Will Khir Toyo pull another 'technically right' stunt or will he think up of more ingenious methods of getting his partner freed? Never underestimate a cunning mind.

Well the opening move of the MB has been impressive:

"In the regulations it does not say that people who break the law cannot be appointed councillors. We appoint councillors according to their party positions. This is decided by the party, so anything concerning the party, we will refer back to the party management committee.

I will follow the orders, which say appointment of councillors has to be according to their party positions.

So if there is any problem we will refer to the party management."

So basically - it doesn't matter if he breaks the law as long as the party doesn't object. Since when is UMNO above the law? um... I forgot... stupid question...

Isn't these the 'Napoleans' Bodowi has been critizising about a few months back? I guess when an ol man like him forgets, it's called 'Senile' so it's logical for the rakyat to refer him as one. Our very own 'Dubya'.

That certainly proves Bodowi is a total statue, only usage are for pigeons like his S-I-L to sit on and sh*t.

As for the Toyol, you can bet he would have none of it, look at what happened to the poor victims of mudslides and landslides. Year in, year out, promises has been made to check on illegal hill slope development but again, ppl still dies from these 'negligence'. Don't tell us 'It's an act from God' again that this blatant abuse of power is intended by His Almighty.
