Up To Umno Youth To Decide On Khairy, Says Abdullah

Yes, its official. The PM himself has clarified on Khairy Jamaluddin's position in UMNO youth and let there be no more argument or doubt on that score please.

Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi said his son-in-law, Khairy Jamaluddin, who has been the target of slander and allegations by various parties, will not hold the post of Umno Youth deputy chief if the delegates did not want him anymore.

The Prime Minister said: "If the people don't want him, why wait, isn't it?

"Of course, if the people don't want him, he will not hold the post," said Abdullah, who is Umno President, when asked to comment on Khairy's statement yesterday that he was prepared to quit his post if the movement considers him a liability to the party.

Looking calm and cheerful when fielding questions by reporters on the matter after opening the Community Sports League at Padang Semarak in Angkasapuri here, Abdullah said all Umno leaders should hold the same principle.

"Yes, Yes...whoever he is, the principle is the same," he said, agreeing to a reporter that the post held by Khairy now was elected by Umno Youth delegates.

wooo...,
IF he is shown the exit,
he will need to live forever to pay back the 'loans'. Life's a 'Pantai' as they say.

Should have SMS polling like AF, afterall he did contributed so much 'performances' throughout the years, that ought to count for something.
