The Plot Thickens - Pusrawi Hospital’s Dr Mohamed Osman Confirms SD, Says NO Evidence Of Sodomy
The doctor who examined Mohd Saiful Bukhari Azlan after the latter had lodged a police report alleging he had been sodomised by Opposition leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has resurfaced to “set the record straight.”Pusrawi Hospital’s Dr Mohamed Osman Abdul Hamid, reaffirmed statements he had made in a statutory declaration he had filed on June 28, saying that he had found no evidence of sodomy in his examination.
His statutory declaration was leaked to Malaysia Today and published in the news portal on July 28, after which the Myanmar national took one month’s leave from the hospital and apparently fled the country.
At a press conference at the Bar Council auditorium here on Thursday, Osman said he wanted to set the record straight and end media speculation.
He reaffirmed the contents of the statutory declaration.
Osman said he went on leave as he came under pressure following a police investigation into his medical check-up on Saiful, but dismissed claims that he was worried for his safety.
He also said that he did not know how his medical report, protected by patient-doctor confidentiality, became public.
Anwar, now MP of Permatang Pauh, has been charged with the offence. He has denied the allegations, claiming it was part of a political conspiracy against him.
Pusrawi earlier said it had sacked Dr Osman for failing to turn up for work after his one-month leave had expired.
When asked if he was still employed, Dr Osman merely said he "was going back to work." (The Star Online)

i just wanna wait for the trial.that's it.i'm more concern towards what the accused and witnesses have to say.and not to mention the evidence that gonna be presented at the court.
the date of the trial is 10th september and it's just around the corner.
macammana lah agaknya rupa Dr.Osman.dia ni boleh dipercayai atau tidak?.yerla,sejurus selepas laporan tu bocor terus dia hilangkan diri.
tapi untuk kepastian lagi,kita tunggu masa perbicaraan nanti.semestinya Dr.Osman akan dipanggail sebagai saksi.

Dr Osman was correct when he stated Saifool was not sodomised, but four hours later HKL had a different story. In the four hours this fool could have been sodomised multiple times by multiple people. He was sodomised but not necessarily by Anwar, till today no one has seen the report from HKL that says Datuk Anwar sodomised Saifool, any fool could have done. For all we know he could have been screwed by Mongolian Bomber. Saifool's father seems to be very proud that his son is sodomised. Too bad the Shit Hamid, could not get the DNA to be inserted into this fools arse. Bunch of arsehole bandits.

Tunggu je perbicaraan selesai. Nak dengar orang2 macam ni bercakap sampai bila pun tak selesai. Nak dengar cakap Anwar lagi laa hancurnya. Tak perlu kita sakit2 kepala fikir, tak payah dengar cerita2 yang tak tentu macam ni dulu.
Malaysia has a shortage of doctors and Pusrawi wants to sack him ? In normal circumstances, wouldn't the doctor be asked to show cause first before termination procedures are put into place ?
It would be interesting to hear what Saiful's father and "uncle" have to say about this doctor's findings. Of course, Saiful could have been done in in the intervening 4 hrs between examinations and they should then pursue the same course of action against the person who did it to Saiful.
So, perhaps, Saiful did get sodomised. Just accusing the wrong person & probably not much reward for accusing some one else.
What benefit does Dr. M Osman have in telling the truth?! By telling the truth, the Police & Govt. just keeps "harassing" him right?
It would have been better if he had lied right?
However, based on his "experience" & probably being a good Muslim, he has chosen to choose the "right" thing to do & tell the truth even though he's going to go up against the Police & Government!
You can be sure when it comes time for the Trial, he will not be called by the Prosecution.
Who do we believe? No need to ask lah!
