"I'm Not A Politician So I Will Not Sue Raja Petra," Says Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor!
"I will not sue Raja Petra as I am not a politician," said Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor, wife of Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak this morning, in connection with the statutory declaration made by Malaysia Today editor Raja Petra Kamarudin.That is an incredulous explanation and way of looking at things. Here a maverick on the blogosphere has just rubbished her good name and called her an accessory to murder and yet she will not sue because she's not a politician!!
What does it matter if you're not a politician? Aren't you a human being with normal feelings and emotions? When someone calls you a murderer, the first response after denying the accusation would be to resort to legal action to clear your name. Especially since you are the wife of the nation's Deputy Prime Minister and probably the future first lady.
To those of us on the outside, we cannot be faulted for concluding that the real reluctance to sue could be the fear of some 'uncomfortable' evidence surfacing during a trial. Datin Seri Rosmah should not give any space for such doubts to linger. If she truly feels that she is innocent and Raja Petra has knowingly character assassinated her, then she as a public figure has an obligation to take him to court and sue the crap out of him and make him pay for his misdeeds.
Hiding behind nebulous arguments of 'not being a politician' merely invites more doubt and she indeed will be solely responsible for fanning more suspicion towards her. This issue has already been internationalised and it is in her interest to put a full stop to further needless innuendo which is damaging to her, Datuk Seri Najib and the nation. That finality can only come from a legal suit to clear her reputation. But will she? And more importantly, can she?

Datin Seri Rosmah should make a police report as well as sue Raja Petra. It is not fair to just let Raja Petra blacken the good name of Malaysia's first lady in waiting. Moreover, the accusation is a very serious one. If she let him go unpunished, there might be more to come.

Why is because she is not a politician, she will not sue RPK? That is not a good excuse. Or is it because of something in which she could not sue RPK? There are too much mysterious in this issue. However this issue tend to be slow in the eye view of people since everybody is shocked on Anwar sudden case of sodomizing his aide Saiful Bukhari Azlan. Correct me if I'm wrong. Thanks.
Two other people [Lt. Colonels husband and Wife] are suing RPK for apaltry RM1 million to be given to charity.
Wife of DPM must sue for RM100 million also to be given to Charity.

Her decision not to sue shows doubts in her credibility…more so of her husband. Pak Bodoh must be god by saying both are not involved before even investigation started. Oh yeah…PDRM is their pet dog anyway. So, forget any further investigation and continue with the side-show.

Datin Rosmah has the right to her decision not to sue Raja Petra. If that is what she decides, so be it. That is what democracy is all about. Right? So learn how to respect the decision of others. I think one quality Malaysian lacks is to learn how to respect the decision of others. U know why? We are a nation that thrives on gossips and sensational news and sensational pictures. But one quality that unites us al is that we are good people, we easily forget.
I do believe that Rosmah has the right to decide for herself. And she stated that politician must resort to legal action to clear their name.

I disagreedthat RPK must be sued.
It is depend case to case basis.
There are many allegation which the victim did not sue back the slanderer. Few of the situation, is when the allegation does not carried a single merit.
For example on this case, it is an obvious case of desperate act of a crazy bancrupted crazy guy. Who want to believe this guy. I don't believe in him. All my friends laugh until fall from the chairs reading about his allegation.

Who is the informant ? To know who and who doin what at the crime site, the informant must be there too.

You are my hero, what you have done is save the citizen from such unscruplous people from becoming PM and first lady. They would have brought total disgrace to the country. If I am given a wish for anything, it would be for those two to be total exposed for what they did to the innocent Mongolian woman, those who are guilty must be brought to trial. If they escape due to our corrupt Judiciary and Police, they cannot get away from God. They will be punished and make to pay for the crime, hell is waiting for them.
