Anwar Ibrahim Summoned To Appear In Court Tomorrow
The police have served notice to Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim at his house to appear at the Jalan Duta sessions court at 10am tomorrow. This was announced by his lawyer, Sankaran Nair who added that that it was "very likely" Anwar would be charged with sodomy at the court hearing on Thursday."I have information that he will be charged for sodomy tomorrow," Sankaran said.
A male aide, Mohd Saiful Bukhari Azlan had alleged that Anwar sodomised him, although there was no official indication whether the former deputy prime minister would be formally charged at the court appearance.
In what may be construed as not just a mere coincidence, the Election Commission had only this morning said that it had set Aug 16 for nomination and Aug 26 for polls for the Permatang Pauh by-election.
The seat became vacant July 31 after PKR president Datuk Seri Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail resigned from her Permatang Pauh MP’s post to make way for her husband Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim to contest in the by-election.

No surprises here. The tame judge ("Irrelevant ! Irrelevant !") has probably already been picked.
This time they won't be lugging the stained mattress, it will be the stained Saiful underwear.
Its about time when most people will expect that DSAI will be summoned in court tomorrow. Its going to be his second sodomy case in the court. Hopefully this time the new judicial reformed will do an excellent role in solving the case.
Looks like DSAI will be summoning in the court tomorrow. I hope his skillful acting in front of the public will be leak out by the concrete evidents bring out in the trial.

Was DSAI aware of the options when PKR decided that he should stand for Election in his wife's place. Was he not aware that BN and its cronies would leave no stone unturned to keep him in harness so that he can never step on the floor of Parliament.
One can imagine the fear reaching out in the hallowed hall of Parliament, if and when, DSAI takes his place on the Opposition Bench or - who knows - the other side.
But all that is not going to be.
They may even poison and kill him in the jail because he certainly is not going to get bail for a long long time to come.
We can of course stand on the small line of 'pariah' states in International forums. With all these going ons - which Malaysian working and residing overseas would want to come home?
Like in the first SODOMY case, the pliant Judge would already have been selected and given guidance courses on how to steer the case through the Court. Lawyer Nair is a desrving friend who has stood by the side of DSAI all this while come what may. Maybe they will fix a sodomy case or rape case on him too - in order to stifle him. No one knows at this point how absolute power makes one to become MAD. It is a form of madness that is ruling the country today whilst we petty men walk under their legs like stooges.

There is no surprises anymore with the stinking Malaysian Police. Every body knows this is done to prevent Anwar from getting into Parliament and kicking the lousy PM and DPM out for good. However, lets us see if there is justice left in the country. That idiot Saifool if he was ever sodomised it definitely was with mutual conscent. If the law states sodomy is a crime than both Anwar and Saifool should also be charged for the crime. He was not raped by Anwar and this has been proven. So stupid PM should stop being one sided and stop using the judiciary as your own toll to suppress the people.

As we knew Saifol was very closed to TPM family for the long time already,for sure Saifol tunang or girl friend was anak Muntaz Jaafar-she also very stick with TPM family.So why the TPM statements,he never heard people such name Saifol before and many stories that heard from him came and asked for the biasiswa and such things.
Kita tengok apa nak jadi pulak ni. Tak payah dengar sangat cakap Anwar yang duk menuduh orang kenakan dia semua tu. Kalau keluar semua bukti yang menunjukkan dia salah, sumbat je dalam jail, takda huru hara Malaysia ni dibuatnya.
