PI Balasubramaniam And Family Missing. Nephew Lodges Police Report

From The Star Update
R. Kumaresan, nephew of private investigator P. Balasubramaniam, lodged a police report in Brickfields here on Saturday over the disappearance of his uncle, aunt and their three children.

Kumaresan said it was unusual for calls to his uncle to go unanswered. He added that Balasubramaniam and his family had been in communicado after the private investigator made a new statutory declaration, retracting his original statutory declaration on Friday.

In the first statutory declaration, Balasubramaniam had claimed that police omitted vital information, allegedly linking Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak in the Altantuya Shaariibuu murder case.

On Friday, Balasubramaniam revealed in a second statutory declaration that he was “compelled to affirm the (first) statutory declaration dated July 1, 2008 under duress”.
***** For such are the uncertainties of life. Two days ago this guy was a free bird with probably no great worries. Then he goes and makes a statutory declaration which sent the nation into shock and followed it up with a second one which reverberated throughout the country and beyond.

Now the guy has gone missing with his family. His nephew could possibly be fearing the worst and may even get visions of exploding C4. So where the hell can Bala and his family have disappeared to? Any guesses?

Ask the PM. He should be concerned for any innocent citizen of this country. Up to now, the guy seems incompetent in light of all that's been happening. Shame on the government!

This whole Bala thing is so obvious. With the 1st SD, he was carefree but the 2nd SD, he was a totally different person. If it isn't obvious that he is under threat because of what he said in the 1st SD, then we must all be idoits like the government think we are.

Why should the PM also be involved in such matters? Are you for real anon? Bala is one grown man who should think about his life or at LEAST his family first before delving into being a person playing around in this dirty politicking trick. And for WHOSE benefits?? Probably Bala should get so called protection from whoever it is he is "working" for.

what you say may be true siti nur...maybe we should instead ask the DPM as he has the most motives in keeping this shut up...

i find it hard to believe that the DPM is not involved with his name that keeps popping up with the Mongolian issue..

I'm sure the PM knows something to an extent...

questions for you...are u saying that Bala was wrong to reveal what was right and just? Are you condoning that dirty tactics (if was taken towards Bala and his family) is the fault of Bala who made the declaration and not the people that are trying to cover up the mess?

And yes I think the PM should be asking questions about what is going on instead of standing on the sidelines when its his DPM...
I dont see Kevin Rudd who's PM of Australia keeping mum when one of his ministers misbehaves...

Logic is simple.

2 months to make first SD. Then within 24 hours, the second SD could appear. How???? Ridiculously all sentences related to Najib have been removed.

Maybe Badawi instructed to keep Anwar and Najib busy so that he could rule malaysia peacefully for a while?

Something to think about. Besides, that this event shows what happens when you give power to 1 party for 50 years. Absolute corruption, nepotism and hypocrisy in the name of Barisan Nasional/Umno.

I am so happy, now we have alternate Malay parties. For too long Umno, has been bullshitting the Malays that NEP is good for them. In fact it is called National Enrichment Policy for umnoputras.

These bastards have robbed the Malays and redefined the term Ketuanan Melayu to Ketuanan uMno.

At least, compared to other developed countries, we are moving towards a more stable 2 party system which augurs well for the country.

Najib, Badawi, Mahathir and Anwar are all players on the drama stage. All of them are current and ex UMNO stooges. But what ever said and done, PKR has brought many learned and highly qualified people into the fold unlike stupid UMNO and Barisan which believes in cronyism.

The first thing that came to my mind was this. Bala was called to the police station after the PC on the 1st SD. The next day, he retracted the first SD by issuing a second one. Then he went missing (with the family) and no one, including his nephew, has been able to trace him. The question now is, has he and his family been bundled up in the car like Altantuya, drove to a remote estate and C4'ed? Remember, Bala has become a treat and the likelihood that the 1st SD would hold in court is something that the accused cannot afford to allow it to happen, especially when eventually, matters will be brought up in the open court and Bala will need to testify. Too much is at stake in this card game of political poker where someone is calling someone's bluff every day. Whoever is going to lose, is going to lose real BIG! Could this be the scenario for Bala and his family? If a pretty FOREIGNER like Altantuya could be disposed of without so much as batting an eye lid because she posed as a threat to the higher ups in the government, who is Bala anyway?

You lot are so pandai to make speculations and judgements. And somehow or rather always seem to manage to drag in Pak Lah's name and any other BN person along with it. You people are so obsessed with the dearest Pakatan Rakyat leader that the fact that the whole SD whatever thing was a diversion to the main issue of HIM being convicted of sodomy! How come nobody came up with THAT brilliant conspiracy?

Oh wait, it is because you LOVE anwar and PR so much.. Riiight...

oh you idoit merekame! Everybody knows what happened to Anwar the last time he was accused of sodomy but if you still choose to believe the other side, then you are blind and deaf.

How can any Malaysian accept the DPM? All arrows, from his wife's bodyguard who has been mysteriously left out of the case, to the PI to the erasure of immigration records, to c4, lead to DPM or Anwar?? Did Bala correct passages naming Anwar or your mother? It was all about the DPM!

Continue supporting Badawi and Najib, the pupils of Mahathir who led the country to the shameful state it is today, and suffer happily despite your dwindling spending power and leaking roof.

Good news for Malaysian, If you need a scholarship with 1.60 CGPA, you can go and see the Deputy Prime Minister.
If you are sodomised, say someone from lorong Haji Taib, you can go Deputy Prime Minister house and he will personally attend to your problem...How Nice....believe it?
HaHaHa...?How stupid they are to think that we are that stupid?!!!!!
