Woman Jailed For Trying To Get Judge Jailed!
A Malaysian court has sentenced a woman to three months in jail for trying to get a judge jailed, a lawyer said Thursday. The court ruled Wednesday that housewife Lee Heng Moy filed a case seeking the imprisonment of High Court judge Alizatul Khair Osman Khairuddin only to harass her, according to the judge's lawyer, Kamaludin Mohamad Said. The 40-year-old Lee had accused Alizatul of contempt of court and sought her imprisonment, claiming she had "maliciously" dismissed her civil inheritance case in 2006.
But another high court judge, Syed Ahmad Helmy Syed Ahmad, ruled that it was Lee who committed contempt of court by filing a frivolous case. The New Straits Times newspaper quoted Syed Ahmad as telling Lee, "I must put a stop to all this. I won't be surprised if you take action against me next."
Kamaludin said Lee was free on 30,000 ringgit (US$9,000; euro6,000) bail and she had 14 days to appeal the sentence. Kamaludin told The Associated Press that he has records of Lee filing "a number of cases against judges and lawyers who go against her."
Because of that, Syed Ahmad also ruled that Lee can't file an application without the permission of a High Court judge. (The China Post)

She's "loony" because she thinks that judges are not perfect? That's a little harsh..
Don't mean to be malicious,but the name Lee Heng Moy sounds very much like a Hainanese. We Chinese joke about ourselves and 1 common joke about Hainanese is that Out of 10 Hainanese, 9 are "Ting" (Loony), and the 1 who isn't "Ting" must be "Fatt Seng Khing"(Crazy). Just a joke cos I'm also a "Suki Nang" (Hainanese) and I'm neither "Ting" nor "Fatt Seng Khing". Maybe a little "Chi Sin"(Short-circuit) kekekekekekek

She is not loony. She is a widow with 4 young children. Her husband passed away in 2003.
She is pursuing the estate of her late husband and although the court had awarded the right to her, she has yet to receive any of the estate. This is because her husband's brothers have taken over the businesses of tf her husband and used all means to stop her. She has exhausted thru all legal procedure and yet to receive the right to the estate. It is a pity to happen in Malaysia and the court is not sympathised with you yet jailed her to 3 months imprisonment. Such injustice!
