BMW Launches Locally-Assembled BMW 3 Series
BMW Malaysia Sdn Bhd Monday launched its locally assembled version of BMW 3 Series. The launch comprised the new 320i, 320iSE and 325i, said the company in a statement, here Monday.
Its managing director Wolfgang Schlimme said the company was expecting a stronger sale with the given availability and choice of vehicles. "We have continued to invest with our partner Sime Darby in local assembly with an emphasis on quality and choice. Now our customers will have more options and greater availability with these variants," he said.
Schlimme said the company would also continue to import other BMW models so that the Malaysian customer continues to enjoy the full model line-up. The prices for the locally assembled BMW 3 Series are RM232,800 (320i), RM249,800 (320i SE) and RM288,800 (325i). The new locally assembled BMW 3 Series would be in showrooms at all authorised BMW dealerships starting from July 22.-- BERNAMA
