Education Ministry Buffoons - Have A Heart.

It's reports like this that really pisses me off. The uncaring dummkopfs at the Education Ministry don't care who they hurt or how others feel due to the cruel decisions on the part of some idiotic pegawai sitting in KL or one of the state capitals. The 'saya yang menurut perintah' attitude envelopes the whole damned ministry. Go ahead and 'menurut' your 'perintah' but at least use a little of your god-given brains while doing it.

Mums in tears over postings, was the headline in The Star that got my blood boiling. Read on: The 36-year-old teacher has been transferred to Batu Pahat in Johor and she is worried about her family. “My eight-year-old daughter is autistic and my husband alone is not able to look after her and my other children aged between three and eight,” said Rozana, who is five months pregnant. Rozana and some 90 teachers feel that they have been discriminated against for pursuing the Education Ministry’s three-year Special Programme for Non-Graduate Teachers (PKPG).

This poor lady has an 8-year-old autistic girl for God's sake! Do you heartless morons know what it is like to have an autistic child at home? How it rips apart a parent's heart to see his or her kid like that? How much effort and time is required to tend to them and their needs? The unbearable emotional and mental toll it takes on everyone at home, especially the mother? The added burden and worry that the autistic child is a girl? Do you realize there is no 'cure' and that it is a lifelong process of teaching with the greatest patience which only the mother can provide? Can you give a reasonable answer to these questions? How can you when you don't want to understand the questions.

But I'll answer them for you, you cold-hearted cruel pegawai. You have absolutely no clue, for no person in his or her right mind will transfer such a mother without considering her dilemma.

Are there any among you reading this post who knows some person in the education ministry to whom you can highlight these points and assist Puan Rozana? The Malaysian will be grateful for your help.

There are other teachers also in the same boat as Puan Rozana. Read about them in The Star
