Anwar Ibrahim Lodges Report With FT Religious Department Against Saiful Bukhari Azlan
From today's The Star UpdatePKR adviser Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim on Wednesday lodged a report with the Federal Territory religious department against Mohd Saiful Bukhari Azlan for falsely accusing him of fornication.***** Four witnesses and a sodomy. Apart from sounding like a new comedy from Hollywood, the numerical requirement under Syariah law is extremely difficult to observe and works against Saiful. Round one for Anwar?
This was in response to Saiful's police report, lodged on June 28, alleging Anwar had sodomised him at a condominium in Damansara.
Under Islamic Syariah Law, if Saiful fails to produce four witnesses to the alleged sodomy he can be found guilty and fined RM5,000 or jailed not more than three years, or both.

Of course you guys think I will attack the religious department
because come out with this kind of requirement.
Guess what ? Not today.
Now, why is The Sodomist choose the religious department ?
Because he knew that when he sodomising his victim,
there were less than 4 witness enjoying the acts.
The Sodomist is saying " During I sodomise him, there is less than 4 witness -
therefore by this law, the victim cannot say it is a sodomisation activities."
With this he is not only fighting for his innocence but also of the other RAPIST.
Who will do this kind of thing ? You know who.

All these witnesses thing don't work. Look at Altantuya's case. There were quite a few witnesses, including the wife of a certain big man. Yet Big Man can get off the hook. Such is the state Malaysia is in, where the powerful can do anything they like, and the courts are meaningless. The worst thing is, there are idoits who believe evrything those in power says, despite all the evidence. Just like Mugabe's followers--even dogs have better conscience.

Perhaps Saiful can go and see Najib again and he maybe able to help find 4 witnesses for Saiful. Surely powerful DPM can easily get 4 people to make 4 SDs to help Saiful, in the same way Bala has done.
