"Don't Risk Future By Supporting Opposition," Says Zainuddin Maidin. Do You Agree With Him?

Barisan Nasional (BN) component parties representing non-bumiputeras play a most effective role in championing the cause of their communities within the BN government, Information Minister Datuk Seri Zainuddin Maidin said here.

"It has been proven thus far that parties such as the MCA, MIC and Gerakan have played an effective role in representing the voice of the Chinese and Indian communities within the BN government," he told reporters after attending a Chinese New Year celebration here last night.

As such, Zainuddin advised the people not to risk their future by supporting the opposition political parties.

He said the BN government was sensitive to the needs of the people of all communities. (Bernama)

***** It is precisely because the various component parties have been relegated to the role of 'champions' of their own communities that the country is in such a state of disunity. Central to this divisive style of governing is the understanding among the various coalition members that Umno will be top dog whose writ will run throughout the length and breadth of this nation, no matter how unfair or corrupt their policies may be.

Zam lies just like Najib did by saying "
the BN government is sensitive to the needs of the people of all communities." This is plain rubbish. Umno practices racism pure and simple and the others are unable to prevent it and are merely passengers in the train of government. What little they get is publicized as a gain for their communities which these political parasites then claim was obtained through the 'Barisan spirit of dialogue and sharing'. A vote for Umno is a vote for continued racism, discrimination, corruption and bigotry.

Don't Risk You and Your Kids Future by Voting for Barisan Nasional.

Do you want to live in an Islamic State ?
Do you want to live in a country left behind economically by its neighbours due to its anti-competitive policies ?
Do you want to live in a country where your income tax dollars are just being used to fatten rich crony contractors ?
Do you want to to live in a country where your children are discriminated by race the moment they are born ?

Can we reply this way to him?

"At least we have a future to risk with the opposition"

And yes, the component parties made possible for certain ethnics' voice to be heard, yes they are heard loud and clear! The problem is nothing is done after the loud voice, no action, otherwise how could a temple be demolished when there are human shields in front of it 24/7?

i feel offended by kittykat46 comment, when she/he mentions islamic state....
Jews, Islam and Christians live peacefully for thousands year at Saudi Arabia, which i believe, one of the most Islamic state on earth. I dont see any problem for malaysia to be an islamic state since islam clearly asks it's worshipers to respect other religions. Maybe the way BN practices that is wrong. so please.

we have given 50 years to UMNO/BN, yet we are not sure whether we belong to the same country, Malaysia. When they need us to shoulder any burden, they call us Malaysians. When they distribute well-beings, they call us non-bumi, Indian, chinese, ..... Far as I understand the constituition, I am a Malaysian, but they recognize us as equal... Sigh, enough is enough. Why risk another 5 years? Why no try something new that we hv never tried before?

just to deviate abit, Jews live in Saudi Arabia? That's new to me!
Anyway, do we want to live like those in Saudi? In Saudi, if you are not Arabic, do you know everyone (including women are treated as Second Class or Third Class Citizens?). If I'm not mistaken they still have public beheadings there! The moment they run out if oil (& it will happen one day), then what?
We are a Multi-Cultural Society. Our fore-fathers who drafted the Original Constitution did not say anything about Islamic State.
As for Maidin, well we all know what he is, no need to elaborate.

You know something ... before anyone comments further, can we put out the cards and show that you are a voter. If you are just one of the air horn ones, save it...I did just that and I have the right to say what I need to say. Don't be offended. Just say what you want to say but paste your "passport" before saying anything. It's just simply capturing the screen and pasting it and proving that you are one of the 10.9 million voters. Otherwise, I suggest total silence okay?

This black Faced Idiot,Satan Zainuddin Maidin cannot be trusted at all for he can advise his family but not Malaysians in general.
Zainuddin Maidin more often than not talk only cock stories.
He did never ask the number 2 Richest [Billionaire] in Malaysia Ananda Krishnan not to hike the Astro Fees a few months back.
Who is this dirty water buffalo of Kedah to advise us not to vote the opposition party.
Democracy means there must have instituition of Parliment.
In conrtast,if this dried old man Zainuddin Maidin thinks there is no need of opposition Party then he should ask his father or grandfather to replace the Malaysian Parliment with that of a Public Toilet for the benefit of KLites
Hello, Dear Readers do you agree with what I suggest. Thanks and Regards.

BN is a two-face political element. It is secular in nature, and suddenly allows expulsion of Muslim students wearing turban and encourage hedonistic lifestyle, thus tarnishing the image of a secular state and anyone who wants to set up such state.
After that, suddenly it declares to be Islamic, and start demolishing temples, forcing non-Muslims to wear songkok and snatch bodies during funeral, thus tarnishing the image of an Islamic state and anyone who wants to set up such state.
kittykat46, Saudi Arabia is the custodian of the Holy Land of Islam, thus despite their allegiance with the West, they want to appease Muslims all over the world who visit Mecca and Medina during haj or all year round. PAS' version is different, like banning night clubs and discos while allowing construction of Sleeping Buddha of Wat Phothivihan.
