Dr. Mahathir To Be SACKED From UMNO?

That is the news coming from the PAS heavies. According to PAS vice president, Husam Musa, his sources say that coming Monday is D-Day.

The PM has probably decided that enough is enough and the time has come to put his foot down lest the ground below it is cut off at some later date.

This is the scenario that Husam has presented. The Supreme Council will meet coming Monday on the PM's initiative. Apparently Datuk Seri Abdullah has already met with all the State UMNO chairmen except those of Selangor and Johor.

The implications of Husam's claim is mind blowing. This could trigger an all out war in UMNO and that is definitely not good for the political party and not good for the nation either.

Bekas Perdana Menteri, Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamed dijangka akan dipecat dari menjadi anggota Umno tidak lama lagi, dakwa Naib Presiden PAS, Husam Musa, berdasarkan sumber-sumber yang beliau perolehi.

Tindakan ini dijangka akan dibuat dalam Mesyuarat Majlis Teringgi Umno yang dijangkakan akan berlangsung Isnin depan.

Menurut Husam, langkah ini beliau difahamkan akan diambil oleh Presiden Umno, Dato' Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi berikutan langkah Dr Mahathir yang menyulitkan pentadbiran beliau sejak kebelakangan ini.

Sebelum ini, kata Husam, Abdullah telah bertemu dengan semua pengerusi perhubungan Umno negeri-negeri kecuali Pengerusi Perhubungan Umno Johor dan Selangor yang tidak hadir
