A Dutch Fanatic Spits His Venom.
Every now and then comes a fanatic seeking fame at the expense of religious sensitivities. Whilst the fallouts of last year's Danish cartoon crisis, in which the Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) was portrayed as a terrorist, are still alive, the last thing the world needs is another controversy.
Not very far from Denmark, where the infamous cartoons were published, another anti-Islam statement, coming this time from a Dutch anti-immigration politician, threatens to pit communities against each other.
MP Geert Wilders, leader of the Freedom Party, says Muslims should "tear out half the Quran" if they wanted to live in his country. Furthermore, he would chase the Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) out of the Netherlands if he were alive today.
He is way out of line and his unprovoked statement will only widen the gap of mistrust between Muslims and Christians in Europe - for long a bastion of tolerance and multiculturalism. By stirring up emotions, the statement will lead to another crisis ... unless he takes it back. (Editorial in GULFNEWS.COM)
***** What's with this Dutch hatemonger? We've hardly recovered from the turmoil and trauma of the cartoons controversy and here he goes all out to trigger another round of war.
An interesting read: At the back of the hill

Nothing new, that. Wilders is a well-known Islamophobe. If he comes to Malaysia, I will be very glad to rearrange his face with my fists.
- MENJ
Actually we think MENJ is the mirror image of the Dutch Islamophobe you mentioned.
They share many similarities, such as a deep resentment and lack of respect for other people's cultures and beliefs, poor intellect and a passion for rude and controversial remarks disguised as 'brutal honesty', (not to mention a less-than-charming face)
Please, realise that more than 60% of the Dutch population is non-religious and that this large majority would appreciate the religious minorities (whether catholic, protestant, moslim etc.)to keep their religious fanatism within their families and churches and certainly not in the public domain.
menj: "rearrange his face"? thanks for reinforcing the perception (whether real or not) that Muslims can only react with violence.
And you whine about why the world hates Muslims.
BTW, you look so puny I doubt you can rearrange more than a couple of Lego blocks.
