Do you Agree With This Nazri Advice? "Report Corruption Complaints To ACA, Not Bloggers!"

There he goes again, making an ass of himself for the umpteenth time. Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Datuk Seri Mohd Nazri Abdul Aziz said Thursday that those with information on corrupt practice should report it to the Anti-Corruption Agency (ACA) instead of using the blog to criticise the government.

"If you're serious about fighting corruption, and you have the evidence, why should you go to the blogs? Give it to the ACA, let them investigate," he said.

Nazri said the public should be encouraged to start reporting to the ACA on corruption as "the blogs are not the correct medium to help combat graft".

He was commenting reports on former prime minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad encouraging bloggers to use cyberspace to criticise the government on corruption.

"I'm sure an intelligent person like Dr Mahathir knows this," he told reporters after opening the two-day Media and Information Warfare International Conference at the Palace of the Golden Horses in Seri Kembangan, near here.

***** Of all the cockamamie statements that have come from this egotistical prick, none reaches the level of stupidity as the advice he has given above. The reality of the situation is that if you're serious about fighting corruption, and you have the evidence, the last place to go is the ACA. Those fellas will simply write NFA (No Further Action) on your report and bury the issue.

The only cases our disgraceful ACA can solve and then be proud of is to catch police constables, office boys and at most some clerk, PIBG official or other low-level pegawai. More than that they need the green light of pihak atasan which they can wait for eternity. When these buggers can't even handle corruption within the ACA, do you think they are capable of handling your complaints even if you produce a ton of evidence? No way man!

Dr Mahathir completely understands the prevailing circumstances when he called on blogs to expose corruption. Forget the ACA and forget the mainstream media. They're mere window dressing. And most importantly forget Nazri. He's not worth discussing.

The ACA, in tandem with the AG, now simply acts as a "washing machine". They take cases, sit on it, pour it into a black hole, or pronounce the person "clean".
No further action needed.

Everyone lives happily ever after.

I suggest we make corruption complaints to both ACA and Bloggers. Not just ACA or Bloggers. A Complaint to authorities often falls on deaf ear if TV3 is not called in to expose it. This is the Malaysian way of getting your complaints heard.

Agree but only after the present govt has been totally wiped out. But for now, who dares to report and get himself locked up instead.

Somebody tell those in government that the people doesn't trust them at all and the same distrust also applies to the Police, ACA and whatever enforcement bodies there are out there.

For your info, YB, the keyword is TRUST.

Somebody tell this joker the meaning of trust, please.

It looks to me that Nazri is one minister that does not know what is happening. Just in case you have forgotten- ACA, like most other government departments, their officers in-charge and the ministers in-charge - "ambil gaji buta". The action taken is always "no need action". No evidence. Case closed.
The whitle blowers get harassed by you know who - the mafia of Bolehland.
Can't imagine a minister who is so Naive and Ill informed.

Under the present system, forget it Y.B. when ACA truly become an independent body then we'll see. Right now the whole system is corrupted. 'You scratch my back and I scratch yours' is the situation. In the past three years has ACA brought any big shot to the law. Zilch!

DAP calls for Royal Commission every once in a while, but they are beaten by the BN chimps in the Parliament.

The thing is even if ACA take someone to the court. You guys (BN) can actually arrange for a big, well choreographed DRAMA there and take care of each other.

Gosh! I feel like throwing up when I think about what you guys doing.

You guy pray 5 times a day. Call the country a Islamic State but when it comes to $$$ you just conveniently separate religion and your deed. What happens to your religion when you guys accept money. I wish God teaches you guy a lesson and let you burn here on earth and let the citizen watch.
