Najib And Adib Adam Should Sue Anwar Over Sukhoi Corruption Allegation.
The Su-30/MK/MKI/MKM is a true multi-purpose fighter capable of a whole spectrum of air-to-air and air-to-surface missions.The allegations by Anwar Ibrahim on the above issue is very serious and damning. If DPM Najib and former minister Adib Adam are really innocent of the charges that they had bilked hundreds of millions of ringgit in the infamous Russian fighter plane deal, then it is incumbent upon them to clear their names and repair their now tattered reputation.
What better avenue for them than the Malaysian courts? In one move they can both prove their innocence in front of the world media and in the process expose Anwar Ibrahim as a liar. Thinking from a neutral standpoint if one were truly not involved in the mess the fighter jet deal is turning out to be or if the charges are outright lies, it is only reasonable to expect that the aggrieved parties would approach the judiciary for redress and compensation for character assassination and worse.
For Najib and Adib to continue being 'unable to be reached' or refusing to comment, or worse, pretending there is no issue to answer isn't going to make matters any better. If you are truly innocent then sue Anwar. Otherwise resign and drift into oblivion.
As for the ACA, at least this time try and show the world you've got what it takes and are prepared to walk the talk even if the government isn't. Everyone within and without the country are 100% convinced that you have been, still are and always will be errand boys of the ruling party and paper tigers put on show.
Where I ask is Malaysia going to?

Very good point you suggested but these fellas got no maruah or fear. They will not go to the court because they are not sure of the outcome. Suppose they kena? Umnoputeras think they are above the law.
No point talking or writing about it. Najib and this Adam will not be charged or investigated. Even suppose ACA checks up and finds corruption who dares to prosecute? This is Bolehland Mah!
Anwar has thrown najis at Najib and the latter's inelegant silence on what is a really damning allegation, speaks volumes on the integrity - or lack of it - of the man. Anwar, who has declared his prime ministerial intentions, will not risk having his political ambition derailed by the casting of unprovable aspersions against a man who probably thinks it is his birthright - through his bloodline - to one day become prime minister of Malaysia.
1. alleging/accusing and at the same time saying i cant show proof because i want to protect the source shows what? If he is sued and this go to court, he will have to show proof right? and thus expose his source. is he not going to reveal his proof and thus get himself sued in return for defamation?
2. if all ministers LAYAN ALL SUCH ALLEGATIONS and sue all the times, THEY WILL spend thier time in courts everyday!
3. coming from a politician (an an ex DPM) who has a score to settle, what can we expect!
on a lighter note, anwar sued the writer of a book, and look where that got him?
I do believe looking at the photos of Najib of late, his once Casanova looks has deteriorated and aged very considerably.
